We can help!
We have 3 studios and a gym facility available for rental.
Our spaces can be used for classes, workshops, rehearsals, master classes, photo shoots, and more...
All spaces include stereo equipment, wifi, and restrooms.
Nonprofit and individual use rates available by request.
Studio T:
- Approx. 18' by 20' floor (expansion in progress!)
- Sprung maple wood flooring reduces impact and injury
- Wall-to-wall mirrors and side wall mirrors
- A/C and heating
Studio D:
- Approx. 27' by 33' floor
- Sprung floor with marley (ideal for ballet, jazz, contemporary, etc.)
- Street shoes not permitted
- Wall-to-wall mirrors and side wall mirrors
- A/C and heating
Studio N:
- Approx. 27' by 40' floor
- Sprung floor with multi-use marley (can be used for a variety of styles, but not ideal for ballet/pointe)
- Street shoes allowed
- Wall-to-wall mirrors and side wall mirrors
- A/C and heating

TDN Training Center:
- Approx. 35' by 35' room
- Gym equipment available
- Wall-to-wall mirrors and side wall mirrors
- Fans and heating
Please Note:
If you need insurance for your rental session at the studio, it is generally inexpensive and very easy to obtain! There are lots of options available, or make it even easier to get coverage through our partners at Insurance Canopy.
