When a teacher believes a student is ready to advance, they meet with the Studio Director to review the dancer’s progress and determine the best next step for their continued growth.

Beyond our Minis program, dancers enter a leveled class system that begins at Level 1/1A and progresses through Level 5. Each level is designed to be completed over multiple years, giving students the time they need to build strong technique, confidence, and a solid understanding of the material. Because our levels are based on skill mastery rather than age or grade, dancers of different ages and experience levels may learn together in the same class.

Our curriculum is built on national, state, and developmental dance standards across all styles we teach, ensuring a clear and consistent path for growth. Since every dancer develops at their own pace, evaluations take place twice each season, allowing students to advance when they are truly ready.

Our experienced faculty are committed to supporting every dancer’s journey. While moving to a new level may come with an adjustment period, our structured curriculum helps students transition smoothly and continue progressing with confidence.

For dancers seeking more personalized guidance, we offer “Level Up!” appointments. These one-on-one sessions provide valuable feedback, clear expectations, and specific goals to help students reach their next milestone.
