Tuition and Rental/Studio Use Policies - Tuition and rental/studio use fees are due on the first class of each month. - A late fee of $15 will be added after the 15th day of the month. - Bounced checks will incur an extra $35 fee.
Absences/Make-Up Policies - The studio needs to be notified of all absences prior to the beginning of the missed class. If the director and/or the instructor are not informed before class starts, the student will not be eligible to take a make-up class. - Make-up classes should be done within the same month of the absence. If the absence is within the last week of the month, the make-up class can be done any time within the following month. - Make-up classes are only applicable to students paying tuition. Drop-in students are not eligible for make-up classes. - If you/your child will be attending a class as a make-up class, please inform the studio prior to the day of the make-up class so the teacher can be notified. - Occasionally the studio has scheduled closures (for example, during the holidays). Families are expected to pay full tuition at the beginning of the month as per usual. The student will be able to make-up any missed classes due to the closure during that same month.
