For All Classes - Jeans are never allowed in dance class - Students are required to wear proper dance shoes. No socks! - Students should not wear dresses in class - Hair should be secured out of the face and should never be a distraction - Dancers should always wear comfortable attire that facilitates movement
Ballet Classes Leotard and tights, ballet skirt or shorts, ballet shoes, hair in a bun, warm-ups are acceptable for the first part of class
Ballroom Classes and Private Lessons Comfortable clothes, appropriate ballroom shoes (no stilettos!!)
Contemporary Classes Comfortable clothes, bare feet or dance paws (remember, no socks unless approved by instructor)
Heels/Burlesque Classes Comfortable clothes, heels recommended (no stilettos!!)
Hip Hop Classes Comfortable clothes (baggy clothes recommended), sneakers
Flamenco Classes Comfortable clothes (form fitting recommended), flowing skirt for ladies, flamenco shoes (if student does not have flamenco shoes, please talk to instructor regarding other options)
Jazz Classes Comfortable clothes (form fitting recommended), jazz shoes
Minis & Toddler Classes Comfortable clothes (tutus are allowed for all classes), appropriate shoes for the dance style
Tap Classes Comfortable clothes, tap shoes (tap heels not recommended for regular classes)
Work Out/Fitness Classes Comfortable work out attire, tennis shoes
